  • White bread chhod di: Iski jagah brown bread, oats ya egg lena start kiya.

  • Fried cheezein sirf hafte mein ek baar – cheat day ka maza bhi zaruri hai!

  • Raat ka khana 8 baje se pehle khatam: Aur dinner light hota – soup ya grilled veggies.

  • Rule yaad rakho: Eat more fiber, drink more water, and stay consistent.
